Plagiarism is when an author tries to pass off someone else's work as his own. Duplicate publication, sometimes called self-plagiarism, occurs when an author reuses significant parts of his or her own published work without providing appropriate references. This can range from creating identical papers published in multiple journals, to cutting salami, in which an author adds a small amount of new data to an earlier paper.

If more than 20% of the paper is plagiarized - the article may be rejected and the same notified to the author.

All manuscripts submitted for publication are checked for plagiarism upon submission and before starting review.

>20% Plagiarism: Submissions will be rejected without review. Authors are advised to revise the manuscript and resubmit the manuscript.
