Abstract
Keberhasilan tujuan sebuah organisasi tidak terlepas dari keterlibatan karyawan untuk aktif dan berpartisipasi penuh terhadap kemajuan organisasi. Karyawan yang terlibat aktif cenderung menginginkan keberhasilan tidak hanya dari segi individu saja, tetapi lebih pada kemujuan kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dari keterlibatan karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi yang dimediasi oleh Manajemen Pengetahuan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari seluruh sektor pariwisata yang ada di Batam, Kepulauan Riau, sebanyak 200 kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk variabel laten adalah Structural Equation Modelling- Partial Least Square. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh informasi bahwa keterikatan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, keterikatan perilaku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan juga keterikatan perilaku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen pengetahuan.
