Abstract

Gangguan muskuloskeletal dapat disebabkan karena aktivitas yang dilakukan secara rutin dalam penggunaan komputer oleh para pekerja di Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan jenis kelamin, usia, IMT, kebiasaan olahraga, masa kerja, waktu kerja, dan penggunaan komputer terhadap gangguan muskuloskeletal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain crossectional yang dilakukan terhadap dosen dan tenaga pendidik sebanyak 34 orang yang telah memenuhi minimal sample dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Instrumen untuk mendapatkan data gangguan muskuloskeletal menggunakan Nordic Body Map (NBM). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan 5% (α=0.05). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor risiko yang dianalisisis yaitu  jenis kelamin p=0,69, usia p=0,18, IMT p=0,53, masa kerja p=0,32, waktu kerja p=0,32, penggunaan komputer p=0,43 yang artinya variabel-variabel tersebut tidak bermakna terhadap gangguan muskuloskeletal dan terdapat satu faktor risiko yang bermakna terhadap gangguan muskuloskeletal yaitu kebiasaan olahraga p=0,02. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah satu-satunya faktor risiko yang berpengaruh terhadap gangguan muskuloskeletal ialah kebiasaan olahraga.
