ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PLN UNIT PELAKSANA PELAYANAN PELANGGAN (UP3) BAUBAU
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of adequate compensation on the performance motivation of PLN's Baubau Service Implementation Unit (UP3). This research was conducted at the office of PLN Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Baubau. The sample in this study was an employee in the pln office of the Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3). The data collection methods used to obtain the necessary data are interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is multiple regressions. Based on the results showed that simple linear correlation and regression tests showed that compensation had a significant influence on employee work motivation with a correlation rate of 1,205, this figure reflects that the correlation rate is very strong.
