ANALISIS AKUNTABILITAS DAN TRANSPARANSI PROGRAM BANTUAN OPERASIONAL KESEHATAN (BOK) PADA DINAS KESEHATAN KOTA BAUBAU TAHUN 2020

Abstract

This study aims to determine the accountability and transparency in the management of health
operational assistance funds in the city of Baubau and the management of funds the analysis used is
quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The sample of this research is the financial report in the
management of the Health Operational Assistance (BOK) fund at the Baubau City Office 2020. The
analytical tool used is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the
Baubau City Health Office has fulfilled the objectives of accountability well and the health operational
assistance program (BOK) is transparent, this can be seen in the preparedness system that involves all
parties, namely health services, Baubau City Health Service officers can be said to be running smoothly
good.
