The research aims to look at analysis for management of village fund allocation (ADD) in the
village of Rahadopi sub-district Kabaena district in the 2017-2019 budget. The method used
in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis, by the village of Rahadopi sub-district
Kabaena sulawesi southheats. This study was conducted in march of april 2020, with the
result that the development of the Village’s Allocation of Funds (ADD) has not yet been fully
realized, because of the lack of human resources, government officials, small quality and
quantity of office facilities and less public participation in village development as a result of
coincides with the harvest of cloves and monsoon season. In terms of village financial
management, as per house law number 113 for 2014
