This research aims to determine the level of difficulty and differentiating power of even mid-term exam questions in mathematics subjects for class V and class VI at SD Negeri 2 Wameo. This type of research is ex-post facto research using quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study was 45 class V students and 48 class VI students and 20 class V questions and 20 class VI questions. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of documentation. The data was then analyzed using the ANATESV4 application. The results of the research show that class VI questions have a level of difficulty. Of the 10 multiple choice questions, there are 8 medium questions (80%), 2 easy questions (20%) and 5 medium questions (50%), as well as 5 essay questions. medium (50%). The differentiating power of the 10 multiple choice questions is 9 very good questions (90%), 1 good question (10%) and 5 very good fill-in-the-blank questions (50%), and 5 very good description questions (50%). Meanwhile, class VI questions have a difficulty level of 10 multiple choice questions, there is 1 difficult question (10%), 8 medium questions (80%), 1 easy question (10%) and 5 medium questions (50%). as well as 2 difficult essay questions (20%), 3 medium essay questions (30%). The differentiating power of 10 multiple choice questions is 8 very good questions (80%), 1 good question (10%), 1 bad question (10%), and 5 very good fill-in-the-blank questions (50%). and 3 questions on very good descriptions (30%), 2 questions on good descriptions (20%)
